TirPod
Version 1.0 · Effective August 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information the TirPod podcast app ("the app," "we," "us") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. You can use the app without creating an account or providing any personal information, and we do not require you to provide any personal details to use it.
The app has no accounts. You can use it without providing your name, email address, or any other personal details, and we do not ask for them.
To understand how the app is used and to protect the service from abuse, we collect the following:
We do not collect your name, email, or contact details; your precise location; your payment information (purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store, and we never see your card or Apple ID details); or a record of your full listening history.
The per-install identifier, and episode-listen records described above are used to improve the app, and to monitor for and protect against abuse of the service (for example, excessive automated requests). This data is linked to the per-install identifier described above, which is random and not tied to your personal identity.
The per-install identifier and episode-listen records described above are retained for approximately 90 days, after which they are deleted.
TirPod is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We take reasonable measures to protect the small amount of information our servers hold. Because we collect almost no personal data, there is very little to protect — which is by design.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and we may do so unilaterally, at our discretion, and without prior notice. When we do, the version number and effective date at the top of this page will be updated, and the new version will apply to all users immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the app after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically. If we make changes that require your consent under applicable law, we will seek that consent as the law requires.
